Throughout the year, I run a weekend workshop on Binge Eating Disorder and Emotional Eating. This has become a passion topic of mine and my main focus of my private practice for 7 years.

I view binge eating and emotional eating as symptoms of underlying issues. Often times I see people experiencing disconnect from themselves and their loved ones, not having the tools to both proactively and reactively take care of themselves, and a lack of Knowing what kind of life they want to live and how to get there. 

So while we talk about binge eating, we delve much deeper into the why and the how to truly stop
