You’ve Built the Life. So Why Does it Feel Like Something is Still Wrong?

Intensives, Personalized Workshops and Extended Sessions for High Achieving Women

You’re the one people come to.

You show up.

You perform.

And behind closed doors, you’re exhausted, numb, and wondering what is wrong with you.

What we call cPTSD, or complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, sounds intense and scary! Many of my clients feel like that’s too dramatic. So instead of that, I call it “wounded identity development.”

When we are young, we are developing our identity. We are creating our beliefs about ourselves and the world. For most of us, we aren’t fully able to develop in our family homes.

As kids, we have to choose between being attached to our caregivers OR being our authentic selves. Not being attached threatens our survival and sense of belonging, so we slowly learn to step away from who we truly are; our passions, needs, wants, and emotions.

Instead of calling it cPTSD, I call it “wounded identity development

What does wounded identity development look like in adulthood?

  • Your romantic relationships all seem to have the same pattern

  • An ongoing and pervasive sense of “I’m not enough.”

  • Emotionality that is either over-reactive or under-reactive

  • You are overly controlled and strongly fear making mistakes

  • Substances make you feel ‘normal’

  • You have good relationships but feel lonely or disconnected

  • Good things make you feel guilty

  • You like feeling secretive

  • You keep achieving but you never feel satisfied for long

  • You don’t trust your instincts

  • Autoimmune or chronic health issues

Deep healing and inner work isn’t about losing the parts of you that you love.

You can keep being excellent and treat the perfectionism

You can keep caring a lot about other people and lose the codependency aspect

You can keep your adventurous spirit without feeling like you are running away from something

Therapy- the way you want it

Weekly or biweekly sessions

Once a month sessions

2-3 intensives a year

You've done the work. You've sat across from someone for 50 minutes, week after week. You've tried talk therapy, maybe EMDR, maybe Reiki. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, downloaded the apps, and still something feels unfinished. Not because you didn't try hard enough. Because the format wasn't built for the way you actually heal.

This is different.

Ebb & Flow is built for people who are done with the traditional therapy model. Instead of squeezing growth into a recurring hour that is only allows for about 20 minutes of the deeper work, we work in intensives and extended sessions — dedicated, immersive time that gives all of you the space you need to go deep enough to actually move something.

And what we do in that time isn't just about processing what's gone wrong. Through expansion brainspotting, we use the brain's own capacity not only to work through what's been holding you back - but to open into who you're becoming. This isn't problem-focused therapy. It's potential-focused healing.

If you're a high-achieving professional who has spent years taking care of everything and everyone - if overworking is your default and you've been quietly waiting for permission to finally tend to yourself - this was built for you. You've earned a process that matches your depth. One that respects your time, meets your pace, and doesn't ask you to shrink your ambition in order to heal.

You don't have to keep doing therapy the way it's always been done. You can expand beyond that because, simply put, you are worth it.

  • I’m a failure/I’m broken

  • I’m stupid

  • My needs and emotions are a burden

  • I have to perform for love

  • I’m not safe

  • If people knew my secrets they would leave

  • I have to please everyone

what our work together will look like.

Because I keep a small caseload, you will receive a premium level of care during our sessions.

Intentional

Keeping a small caseload allows me more time to prep for session so that you know when you walk in, I am ready on all levels for our time together. Outside of session, I am taking trainings, reading, listening to podcasts, and tending to my own energy so that I am always bringing more to the table.

Creative

I want our time together to feel unique and individualized. I pull from different therapy approaches and other activities to best align with what feels most supportive for you. There is room for flexibility and intuitively led choices. Extended sessions and intensives give us the gift of time, allowing us to access creativity for your healing and expansion.

Presence

Presence is the foundation of my work with clients. I cultivate a calm, nonjudgmental atmosphere that invites you to notice sensations, thoughts, and emotions as they arise without needing to fix or push them away. This steady, attentive stance supports safer exploration of difficult material, helps you access internal resources, and fosters sustainable shifts toward greater regulation and self-compassion.
