FOR THE MEN

There's a version of your life you haven't been living.

Not because you haven't worked hard enough. Because something underneath all of it has been quietly starving.

You felt it when your marriage started to feel like a performance. When you poured another drink at the end of the day just to feel something loosen. When you realised you couldn't name a single person you could actually call. When you woke up one morning and thought, with a kind of quiet horror, is this it?

That crack? That's not weakness. That's the most honest thing you've felt in years.

THE HONEST PART

The culture lied to you. It lied on purpose.

Because a man who is disconnected from his feelings is easier to manage. A man who can't ask for help stays in the job that's killing him. A man who has no tools for real intimacy stays isolated, stays consuming, stays numb enough to keep the machine running.

You were taught that sadness was a problem to be solved, not a feeling to be felt. That vulnerability was a liability. That wanting connection — real connection — was somehow soft, somehow not yours to have.

You were handed stoicism as a survival tool and told it was strength. You were handed isolation and told it was independence. You were handed an impossible brief with no tools, and then blamed when the weight of it finally showed up in your body, your relationships, the quiet dread of Sunday evenings.

Nothing is wrong with you. The system worked exactly as intended. And you are allowed to opt out of it.

THE SYSTEM

I grew up with two older brothers. I understand the particular texture of how men carry things — the deflection, the humour used as armour, the way anger shows up when what's underneath is grief or fear or longing. I'm not afraid of any of it. I won't flinch, I won't pathologise, and I won't ask you to become someone soft and unrecognisable to yourself.

I'll ask you to become more of who you actually are.

The modality I work with is called Brainspotting. It's a brain-body approach that accesses what talk therapy often can't reach — the places where trauma, shame, and limiting beliefs live below the level of language. You don't have to be articulate about what's wrong. Your body already knows. We work from there.

I'm Brooke. I work at the intersection of brain, body, and the stories we've been handed about who we're supposed to be.

THIS IS WHERE THAT CHANGES

Done managing your life from the outside. Ready to actually inhabit it.

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE

Sessions are 90 or 120 minutes, weekly or every other week, depending on what fits your life and your pace.

This isn't indefinite. It's intentional. For men who are ready to move faster and go deeper, I also offer therapy intensives — concentrated, immersive work that compresses months of progress into days.

THE THRESHOLD

My signature two-day intensive.

Built for the man who is done managing his life from the outside and is ready to actually inhabit it.

Day 1 — Go into it

The shame you've been outrunning. The rage that never had anywhere safe to land. The grief you were never given permission to feel. The moments that shaped you that you've never spoken out loud. Using Brainspotting, we access and process what has been stored in your body — sometimes for decades. It's not easy. It's also not as terrifying as you might think. You won't be asked to fall apart. You'll be held in something rigorous and safe while you finally put down what you've been carrying.

Day 2 — Find out what's on the other side

When that weight lifts — and it does lift — what becomes available? Who are you when you're not spending all your energy on containment? This is where we work with expansion, possibility, and what a full existence actually looks and feels like for you specifically.

What's included

An intake session, the two-day intensive, a follow-up session, a workbook, and a gift basket.

THE THRESHOLD - INVESTMENT

Two days that change the shape of everything after.

Weekdays: $4,025 — Weekends: $5,060

The Threshold is a concentrated, immersive experience designed to compress months of progress into just a few days. It is rigorous and structured, yet safe and supportive, and crafted specifically with your needs in mind.

Most men who come to me don't arrive with a neat summary of what's wrong. They arrive because something shifted, and they were finally honest enough with themselves to follow that shift somewhere.

If something in you is already saying yes, trust that.

If you're ready to find out what's on the other side of all that holding on, I'd love to talk.

That's enough. That's actually everything.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE THE WORDS FOR IT YET

Book a consult or learn more about The Threshold. You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out.

Let's find out what becomes possible.
