You've spent years learning to survive in a world that wasn't built for your brain. Now you want to know what it looks like to actually thrive.

FOR NEURODIVERGENT ADULTS

This is the space where that question gets to live out loud.

Maybe you got a diagnosis recently. Maybe you've suspected for years. Maybe the label matters less to you than the question underneath it: who am I, when I stop performing the version of me that everyone else needed?

That's the work we do here.

You're not here to be fixed, decoded, or managed.

YOU’VE PROBABLY BEEN IN ROOMS THAT DON’T QUITE GET IT

Therapy that felt like a performance. Advice that assumed your nervous system worked like everyone else's. Spaces where you had to explain yourself before you could even begin.

This isn't that.

This isn't a space where you'll be handed worksheets, talked at, or guided through someone else's idea of what healing should look like. There's no protocol you have to fit yourself into, no "right" way to process, no ceiling on how deep or how fast we go. You get to show up exactly as your brain is, and we work from there.

You're here because something opened, and you're ready to find out what's on the other side of it.

Why brainspotting works so well for different brains

WHY BRAINSPOTTING

For clients who return for a follow-up intensive of four hours or more.

Most therapeutic approaches were built around talking, structured conversation, and cognitive frameworks. For a lot of neurodivergent people, those approaches create their own kind of overload. You're managing the conversation, tracking the structure, translating your inner experience into words that make sense to someone else — all at the same time as trying to actually heal. It's exhausting.

Brainspotting works differently. It accesses the places in the brain and body where stress, trauma, and stuck emotion actually live — below the level of language, below the prefrontal cortex, in the parts of your nervous system that have been quietly holding everything together for years. You don't have to find the right words. You don't have to explain it or make it logical. You just follow what your body already knows.

There's no "should" in a brainspotting session. No right way for it to sound, no right way for it to look. It honors where you are, how you prefer to process, and the fact that your brain is not a problem to be solved. It's a different kind of intelligence, and it deserves a different kind of approach.

For neurodivergent clients specifically, this matters enormously. Brainspotting doesn't ask you to override your sensory experience or your way of moving through the world. It meets you inside it.

Your brain is not a problem to be solved. It's a different kind of intelligence, and it deserves a different kind of approach.

You know yourself. Here's an honest breakdown so you can feel into what fits.

TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Weekly or every-other-week therapy

This is for you if you're in the middle of your awakening and you want someone to walk alongside you as it unfolds. You're piecing together what it means to be you — maybe for the first time — and you want the continuity of a relationship that holds that over time. Week by week, we build. We process what's coming up in your life as it happens. We make space for the slow unfolding that neurodivergent identity work often requires: the grief of late identification, the relearning, the reclaiming. There's no rush. There's no finish line we're racing toward. You set the pace.

The Threshold Intensive

This is for you if you've already been doing the work — whether in therapy, in your own life, or both — and you're ready to go deeper and faster than weekly sessions allow. You have some awareness of your patterns, your history, your edges. Now you want to get your hands on something. To move. The Threshold is a two-day immersive experience. Day one goes into the hard stuff — the shame, the armour, the years of masking and adapting. Day two opens into what becomes possible when that weight lifts. Who you are underneath it. Who you get to be.

WEEKLY THERAPY- GOOD FIT IF:

Ongoing support, at your pace.

You're newer to understanding your neurodivergence and still finding your footing. You want ongoing support as you navigate changes in relationships, work, or identity. You do your best processing over time, in layers. You want a consistent relationship with a therapist who really knows you.

THE THRESHOLD INTENSIVE- A GOOD FIT IF:

Immersive. Deep. At your pace — not a system's pace.

You've done some therapy or personal development work and feel ready for something more immersive. You're a late-identified neurodivergent adult who wants to understand, at depth, what your history means and who you are now. You do your best work when you can really sink in, without interruption. You want transformation that moves at your pace, not a system's pace.

For neurodivergent adults, an intensive can be particularly powerful because it removes the stop-start rhythm of weekly therapy. You drop in fully, your nervous system settles into the work, and you go somewhere you simply can't get to in a 50-minute hour.

No diagnosis. No worksheets. No translating yourself.

WHAT YOU WON’T FIND HERE

If you're coming to Ebb and Flow, you're coming with your own awareness — whether that's a formal diagnosis, a strong sense of self-recognition, or simply a feeling that your brain has always worked differently and you're ready to understand it. Assessment and diagnosis aren't part of this work.

What is part of this work is everything that comes after: the meaning-making, the identity reclaiming, the figuring out what you actually want your life to look like now that you know what you know.

You don't have to translate yourself here.

Not sure which option fits?

The consult call is exactly the place to figure that out together. We'll talk about where you are, what you're ready for, and what kind of support actually makes sense for your brain and your life right now.
