The Connection of Body and Mind

We are undoubtably linked. Our bodies and minds are in constant dialogue with one another to try and stay on the same page. It’s impossible to create true lasting mental health change if we don’t also tend to the body and see what behaviors are helping or harming us as a whole. Combining body and mind is the fullest way to help you feel your best and live your best life!

What is the program?

By combining my education and clinical work in nutrition, health behaviors, and psychology, I created a 12-week program that focuses on one behavior each week. By breaking up the focuses, this gives you a chance to practice one area at a time and have them slowly build up so that by the end of the 12 weeks, you are feeing more energized, balanced, strong and healthy!
