The 5 Second Rule

Physics has a term called Activation Energy. In human behavior, what this means is that between an idea and acting on the idea, we have 5 seconds- that’s it! if you wait any longer, your brain will start to talk yourself out of it. Give it a try and see what happens!

This short video gives you a brief demonstration of what to expect when you are being brainspotted. Narcissistic Abuse- learning the playbook

All narcissists and sociopaths use the same playbook. They aren't unique in this way- they just run the same plays and use the ones more often that trigger or wound you the most. Learn their plays, come up with your defensive strategies...and with enough practice you'll be able to play offense instead of defense!
